You can generally expect a response within 48 hours to any message left during the week, and slightly longer if you contact me over the weekend. I do not work during the evenings and weekends.

My working hours are (9:00-5pm UK time Monday-Friday. If I am unable to take your call immediately (as I may be in session with another client for example), please let me know approximate times and days it would be convenient for me to call you back. I will call you back as soon as I can, and certainly within 48 hours (longer if you leave me a message on Saturday/Sunday).
